All shows are presented on Sundays at 5 p.m. in our intimate 180-seat theatre. All seating is reserved, with most tickets from $55 - $95 and no drink minimums. Subscribers enjoy ticket discounts, reserved seats for the season and complimentary drinks.

Become a show underwriter/associate producer!

We've managed to keep the subscriber per-show pricing about the same as last season. To help defray mounting costs and our new sound system, we're providing an opportunity to those who'd like to become a show underwriter. For a $1k donation per show, you can choose the artist(s) you'd like to underwrite and we will offer a complimentary ad in the show program - either for your business, a charity you'd like to support or even a tribute to a loved one. You'll also receive special recognition in the program and from the stage.

Live At the Orinda is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit performing arts organization. Donations can be tax deductible to the extent permissible by law.

EDEN ESPINOSA - October 16, 2022  The concert season opens with one of Broadway's most exciting and versatile artists. Eden is most recognized for her critically acclaimed portrayal of  Elphaba in the Broadway, San Francisco and LA productions of WICKED. Other Broadway shows include RENT, BROOKLYN THE MUSICAL, and FLORA THE RED MENACE. In 2022, Eden received rave reviews and standing ovations for her starring role of Tamara de Lampicka in the Broadway bound musical, LAMPICKA at the La Jolla Playhouse. This is Eden's first Bay Area concert in over 6 years.

JIMMIE HERROD - Nov 6, 2022  America's Got Talent finalist and Pink Martini vocalist Jimmie Herrod makes his California solo concert debut at the Orinda Theatre. Since 2017, Jimmie has been touring the world and recording with internationally acclaimed group Pink Martini. In 2021, Jimmie created a sensation when he auditioned for NBC's AMERICA'S GOT TALENT, receiving a standing ovation, unanimous praise from the judges and the Golden Buzzer from Sofia Vergara, automatically putting him through to the live shows, where he blew the judges away all the way through the season finale.

BOBBY CONTE - Dec 4, 2022  Fresh from his Broadway run as PJ in the Tony Award winning gender-bent revival of COMPANY (co-starring Patti LuPone), San Francisco native Bobby Conte returns to the Bay Area with his acclaimed solo show, Along the Way. Bobby made his Broadway debut originating the role of Calogero in A BRONX TALE, directed by Robert De Niro and Jerry Zaks. Other New York stage credits include My Fair Lady directed by Michael Arden and Starting Here, Starting Now directed by its lyricist, Richard Maltby, Jr. A graduate of the University of Michigan starred as Danny Zuko in GREASE at Paper Mill Playhouse and Enjolras in LES MISERABLES at the Muny while pursuing his BFA. He subsequently trained in London at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. Bobby's debut studio album, Along the Way, is available now.

SAM GRAVITTE - Jan 29, 2023  The WICKED star and son of Broadway's Beau Gravitte and Tony winner Debbie Gravitte will make his West Coast concert debut at the Orinda Theatre, with Songs That Raised Me. Most recently seen on Broadway as Fiyero in WICKED, some of Sam's other credits include ALMOST FAMOUS (Original Cast, Old Globe) and JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT and the national tour of WICKED. Sam made his solo concert debut earlier in 2022 at New York's Birdland Jazz Club with a sold-out show and rave reviews.

DAVID BURNHAM - March 5, 2023  David Burnham was last seen on Broadway in the mega-hit musical, WICKED, playing Fiyero, a role that he originated in the developmental workshops of the show. He is an original Broadway cast member of the musical THE LIGHT IN THE PIAZZA, and went on to win the prestigious Helen Hayes Award for Best Actor for his portrayal of Fabrizio in the national tour. Some of his other roles include Joseph in JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT (Dramalogue Award), Peter in JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR and Joe Gillis in SUNSET BOULEVARD. On film he's the voice of the Prince in Warner Bros. animated feature The King and I and can be heard on the soundtracks to Disney's Home On the Range and Comedy Central's South Park.

KAREN MASON - March 26, 2023  Broadway star Karen Mason returns to the Orinda Theatre with her brand new solo show. On Broadway, Karen originated the roles of Tanya in MAMMA MIA!, the Queen of Hearts in WONDERLAND and starred as Norma Desmond in SUNSET BOULEVARD and Thelma VonTussle in HAIRSPRAY. One of the stage's most dynamic and engaging live performers, Karen Mason is also regarded as one of the premier cabaret artists of our time, receiving 13 MAC Awards, including the Lifetime Achievement Award. On TV, Karen recently co-starred with Ewan McGregor in the Emmy winning mini-series HALSTON.

CHRISTINE ANDREAS - April 23, 2023 Due to popular demand, two-time Tony nominated singer/actress Christine Andreas returns to the Orinda Theatre with a new show, along with her Grammy-nominated husband, producer/composer Martin Sylvestri. In concert, Ms. Andreas has performed everywhere from Carnegie Hall and the Kennedy Center, to London's West End. Her starring roles on Broadway include La Cage Aux Folles (with Kelsey Grammar), The Scarlet Pimpernel, Oklahoma! On Your Toes, My Fair Lady and Light In the Piazza.

AVA NICOLE FRANCES - May 21, 2023 One of the most exciting young talents to emerge from the Bay Area, San Francisco native Ava Nicole Frances will return from New York for her Orinda Theatre debut. At the ripe age of 18, Ava is already an award winning singer, actress, and cabaret veteran. Singing professionally since age 10, Ava has wowed audiences in San Francisco, Los Angeles, NYC, and London. Her show Mutual Admiration with Charlo Crossley (HAIRSPRAY, SISTER ACT) premiered in NYC in May 2022 at 54Below, followed by her London debut 2 weeks later in Triple Threats at The Crazy Coqs.
