Blessid Union broke through in 1995 with the #1 hit “I Believe,” followed by multiple Billboard Hot 100 appearances, including their Top 10 singles “Let Me Be the One,” and “I Wanna Be There,” Plus fan favorites "Oh Virginia,” and the showstopping Top 5 smash, “Hey Leonardo (She Likes Me for Me).”

Sophie’s sophomore album Whaler, yielded the timeless ballad “As I Lay Me Down,” which shattered records by spending 67 weeks on the Billboard Adult Contemporary singles chart (including six weeks at the #1 spot).
