Meet the Panel:
Senator Tim Grayson — California State Senator Tim Grayson will share a state-level perspective on wildfire preparedness, resilience, and the policies and investments that can help communities better prepare for a changing wildfire landscape.
Chief Jeff Isaacs, Moraga-Orinda Fire District — Chief Jeff Isaacs will provide insight from the front lines of local fire response, including the challenges of protecting lives and property in a wildfire-prone community.
Trip Jennings, Director of Weathered — Trip Jennings, director of Weathered: After the LA Firestorm, will share the stories and lessons behind the documentary and discuss what communities can learn from the devastating LA fires.
Steve Hawks, Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety (IBHS) — Steve Hawks will bring expertise on wildfire-resistant homes and communities, including practical strategies that can help reduce the risk of wildfire damage to homes and neighborhoods.
